Fire Rescue Training @ RCC

A firefighter is a first responder and rescuer extensively trained in firefighting, primarily to extinguish hazardous fires that threaten life, property, and the environment as well as to rescue people and in some cases or jurisdictions also animals from dangerous situations.

New! RCC will be providing instruction for the Fire Technology program at the PSRC Career Center.

PROGRAM AT A GLANCE
• Designed for Junior and Senior High School students
• Perfect for those who wish to pursue a career as a volunteer
or career firefighter
• Students get certified in multiple fire classes
• Classroom and hands-on training will be provided
• Students earn two credits per course for graduation
