Public Service Occupations | AAS Programs: Social and Human Services Technology

The Social and Human Services Technology Program trains students on the use of digital tools and software to assist in providing services to individuals, families, and communities. This technology includes communication platforms like video conferencing, mobile phones, and text messaging, as well as systems for managing client records and data. It helps social workers and other human services professionals communicate with clients, manage their caseloads, and expand the reach of their services. The program prepares students for entry-level positions in institutions and agencies which provide social, community, and educational services.
